This rock pile goes from 15 foot depth up to 6 and is close to the shore. Fishing up the ledge and would get bites just about every cast at the top of the ledge on dropshots using small roboworms and kvd worms.

Dirty water, mostly a flat or gentle slope towards riprap. Berkley Frittside 7, Chartreuse black back. Just caught one small bass.

They are definitely chasing shad on Harris right now! But what’s different is how small these shad are in the schools. Small swimbaits & jerkbaits seemed to be what worked best! Was still marking fish offshore around 15-25 ft just glued to the bottom under huge schools of shad! Was a tough weekend for fishing though!

I had a ball ripping the Vault off bottom about 3 ft and letting it flutter back down. The bass would about knock the rod out of my hand as soon as I pulled up and stopped.
