The bass have just got done spawning and where on the search for food. I was getting some shallow flipping a Crush City Clean Up Craw shallow under lily pads. The. When that died down I started throwing the Dirty Jigs California jig. It has a heavy hook so you can rip it through any vegetation. With the Crush City Clean Up Craw again as a trailer. The Bass started smoking it. Good luck.
