Didn’t have any luck on the usual baits I fish here so I picked up a drop shot and started fishing around the larger boulders in the lake and started getting bit. The glitch is my favorite drop shot bait but I’ve had luck with small swimbaits and worms too.

Fishing a jig through the rocks seems to work pretty well late spring and early summer. I like to fish it pretty aggressively triggering reaction bites

Swam a dark sleeper along the bottom while keeping it out of the rocks. Caught a couple hybrid bass too.
