CrappieTechniqueIce Fishing JigsSeasonIceStructureOpen Water/BasinMoved back and forth between deeper open water and the deepest weedline we could find. Mixed waxies and soft plastics as jig trailers, if one option seemed to be losing the interest of the fish we'd switch and usually get a few more bites before having to move to the next spot. Used LiveScope in forward facing mode to track schools and then used down mode to allow the two of us to fish next to each other off of one graph.

Largemouth BassTechniqueTubesSeasonFallStructureDocksThere are plenty of fish on these docks. Wind was strong but the docks are manageable. Don't be discouraged by the smaller fish. There are 3 and 4+ pounders. A stupid tube and dinger did most of the damage. Dont forget to stop by the pads and pitch around.

Largemouth BassTechniqueSoft Body Swimbaits (Small/Medium)SeasonFallStructureHumpsCaught bunch of 2lbers flipping docks. Moved out deeper on humps/flats to look for isolated cover. Let the Gill Swimmer hit bottom and slow work it back. Pop it up let it sink to generate a reaction strike.

Largemouth BassTechniqueFrogs/ToadsSeasonFallStructureSubmerged VegetationNorth and South Center can be a really fun lake to fish in the fall. Like any lake, fish can be on all types of cover this time of year and they are on the move. A good starting point is finding the best green weeds you can find, or pads that are still visible. I throw a frog around these areas in the fall and it can produce some big fish. With the lower water there is some milfoil that is still topped out. If this does not produce, I like to throw a lipless crankbait, or squarebill and rip them out of the weeds. Recently I have been throwing the the 50X by 6th sense. Comes through anything well and stock hooks are excellent.
