Largemouth BassTechniqueSwim JigsSeasonFallStructureLily PadsTook the kayak out for a few hours this morning. Bites were hard to come by but did manage a few with one quality fish. Also lost a bigg’in. Other than random lily pad patches around the lake there isn’t much for structure. That’s about the only grass around. I did cruise all over with my side scan and did notice a lot of fish on on the drops in about 8-12 foot. Didn’t have any takers but they could have been several species of fish. For me, this lake has produces several quality fish but usually best in the spring.

Pretty tough fishing. I was able to catch a couple flipping jigs in shallow weed lines.
