Caught 7 bass Oct. 21, big was 6lb 3oz and the smallest at 4lb 6oz for 36 lbs. total! Roundtrip was 11.5 miles in the kayak, according to my Humminbird map I was trolling along the spoil bank in the middle of Farm 13. Baits I used were a bladed Owner 6/0 hook with a Bitter's gooseberry paddle tail swimbait and a Bitter's white toad as well as a 3/4oz red/white Daredevel spoon. My tackle consists of Mojo Bass St. Croix medium, medium heavy and heavy rods, Shimano Curado & SLX DC, Abu Garcia Premier and Daiwa Tatula reels spooled with either 20lb fluoro, 25lb braid and 50lb braid.

The croc o gator 7.25 COG worm in June bug paired with a Carolina rig was the deal. Fishing shell beds and humps was pretty deadly. Fish slow for more bites.
