Stockton was 7’ over full pool on my outing and it was raining off and on. Flipping bite was good in the first half of the cove in the clearer water. Switch to a chatter bait in the back half or dirty water. Caught 10+ quality largemouth. Extremely fun way to catch them! Make sure to flip your bait well into the cover and use heavy enough line to drag them out.

The lake came up a couple feet we just moved into the summer bass brawl tournament. The morning bite was slow but picked up in the afternoon when there was some sun. Threw Swimbaits all day and was lucky enough to wrangle up 16.21lbs and come in second. The fish are getting post spawn and changing by the day. Now is a good time to get out in the lake and do some fishing. There’s offshore fish and plenty of fish up in the bushes to be Swimbaited and flipped 💪

Just spent a week fishing everyday. All largemouth were caught around rocks or boulders on main lake points using Wacky worm, Ned rig, and Zman Jackhammer chatter bait.
