Used swimbait 2-3ft below minnows and smallies would smash it. Ledges went from 1ft to 10ft. Most fish 2-4ft on ledge. Water clear and warm. Had better pics of bait but dropped camera so couldn't retrieve. This is pic of one of the smallies from my phone. Almost a great day. Ha

The fish would hammer this as it was bouncing downriver over the ledges and rocks.

Fish were scattered. Hard to find quality but plenty of quantity. Working the bait slow and bouncing it off of rocks worked best for larger bites.

Fish were holding tight to lay downs on the bank in 4-6 ft of water. Spinnerbait with a grub trailer, tail dipped in spike it chartreuse was the bait that got the most bites

The river was running around 3.8’. The water clarity was slightly stained. I was fishing boulders in 1-3’ of water. I was focusing on water outside of the current. Pumping the choppo on my retrieve.
