Grass is emerging from the banks and the bass are in there, as usual. We were throwing Bizz Baits Sassy Stick 4" Junebug and they were smacking those. Also throwing a 4" Junebug grub and they liked that too. Just throwing to the edge of the grass, let it sit a bit, small pop of the bait.

Been catching crappie, trolling the creek channel. Fishing has been tough this winter, with the shad kill from these cold water temps. they've been eating good! Not a quantity day, but the quality of the fish have been amazing!

Used a bandit 200 today around grass edges in the mouths of coves & around docks near coves. Had a good day they are definitely chasing shad. You could see them spread out across the surface as the evening came just busting the shad.
