Largemouth BassTechniqueShakey HeadsSeasonSummerStructureSubmerged VegetationWe caught a lot of smaller fish with the bigger ones coming on a wacky rigged Senko 5" but the bites were far and few in between. We caught fish pretty steady on a shakey head rigged 4" Senko with lighter line. Fished the haygrass in shallower water. The fish were on isolated patches and on the outside edge. Pic is of my daughter who went with me.

14-25' of water. Carolina rigs worked great. You could also throw deep diving crank baits to get the school fired up. After a couple on the CB, you had to slow down with the CR. The colors were blck/blue and green pumpkin on the CR and the CB were citrus shad.

We were fishing a tournament and just after weighing in I saw this fish cruising the bank. I told Jasmine to cast past the bass and work the fluke to it and she got crushed.

They were stacked in main lake drains coming off flats in 10-14’. Caught a lot on crank baits and then the better fish came on football head jig with watermelon red baby brush hog.

If go earlier enough, rite a day break. We can still get a early bite. Fishing up shallow. Until the sun comes up. Then the fish move back out deeper.
