Fished Wasserman for the first time. Caught plenty of small fish. Big fish weighed in a 2.95. Water visibility is about 2 feet. Caught bass along the weed line anywhere from 4 to 8 feet of water. My buddy hooked up one while trolling out in the middle of the lake. There were a few bass just swimming around out in the open water with zero structure. Frog bites was okay. Fish was hugged tightly against the shore, where it has hard bottom.

Pounded the edge of pad structure in 4-6 ft of water. Conditions were frontal, light breeze, with near full-moon. Lots of 2-3lbers biting in the last few hours of light. Most bites came moments after the chatterbait hit the water. Find pockets around pads, fish sitting on pad edges and highly reactive.

Tried shallow with topwaters and senkos early with no bites but then found fish on the 6 foot weedline with a jig and craw tube.

Caught fish flipping the outside edge of the pondweed. Needed to fish pretty slow. Snapping it out of the pondweed generated the most bites

Curly leaf is thick to 15 feet. Fished the outside edge and pockets in the weeds to scratch out 13 LMB to 17" with a drop shot and paddle tail swimbait.

Hooked up on a number of decent largies and pike on the weed lines into deeper water. Drop offs from 8-12 ft were the ticket using a chatterbait or a dark sleeper. Frog bite was also working in the early evening walking a popping frog in the milfoil mats and lilypads.
