Lake wateree is low right now with maintenance being performed on the dam by duke power. This has most of the docks on the lake in little to no water. With not as much shallow cover, these fish have resorted to using shallow rock and stumps off the bank for cover. The water is also very muddy with recent rains. When you find them, hold on!
