Water temp 37 and air temp in the 20s. Dead sticking a ned rig was key to a bite.

Wind blown points was the most productive for me. Caught the biggest of day with a stop and go retrieve with a flat side crankbait. I also caught quite a few smaller fish with a buzzbait on the shallow flats.
