      Winsted is a shallow stained lake with plenty of lay downs to cast and pitch to, its full of Pond weed and some cattails. Fishing is tough but you can catch a few pitching jigs, creature baits and swimming a jig around all the wood cover. The wacky worm is good if the wind dies and the bite is tough.
