Water level in the Wolf River near New London right now is extremely low. Most of the vegetation along the outside river channels is out of the water. Pitched behind any current breaks along the banks and any provided by laydowns still in the water. Along rocks banks threw DT6 crankbaits and Megabass Jerkbaits.

Fished backwaters off the main river with lily pads, duckweed, and laydowns with a Scum Frog launch series color pitch.

Fish were located on flats and laydowns. Slow rolling swim baits and cranks was key to get finicky fish to bite.
