TechniqueGrass JigsSeasonFallStructureBouldersPost front conditions and we started fishing wind blown points with walking baits in the morning. After the top water bite slowed down, I switched to a stealth feider jig with a shortened zoom speed craw to give a more compact profile. Initially the structure we fished changed from rock to grass so I kept the stealth feider jig on despite getting hung up on rocks at times.

TechniqueSpinnerbaitsSeasonFallStructureRock PileLots of big fish on the KVD Sexy Shad spinner bait. I also threw on a stinger hook instead of a trailer which seem to really help with the hookup ratio. Missed a few big bites from them short striking while chasing it back. More sun shine really seemed to trigger the spinner bait bite.

TechniqueHard Topwater (Walking)SeasonFallStructureReefConsistent action on top water throughout the day. Wind was calm with semi overcast. Periodic sun shine. Just about any shallow rocky area was producing fish. 3 - 10' fow. They seemed to really be honing in on walking style top water baits with long pauses or stops while working it back to the boat. Lots of big blowups. Biggest fish of the day was 4-7oz.
