The Lilly pads in the back of stumphole swamp are very productive through the summer all day long. In the mornings the fish will be scattered and can be more easily caught with a horny toad style frog to cover water. Once the sun gets up concentrate on the pads in the shadows of cypress trees with a popping frog. This is a very fun and very productive way to catch bass in the heat of the summer
