    Summer

  • Technique

    Texas Rigs (Pitch/Flip)

  • Structure

    Submerged Vegetation

Look for submerged vegetation in the 10'-15' range, mifoil patches were best. Look for the taller, thicker growing patches. Texas rig with a 3/8 oz weight was the best way to cover water. Once you get bit, spotlock and pitch a follow up bait. Follow up baits included 1/2oz cage feider jig, and a tokyo rig with a crawtube. Was not uncommon to get three or four out of the same area.
