The fall was tough, not many bites but you still can catch em. The most productive tactic was flipping a jig. Found most of the fish flipping around hard cover, concrete, laydowns, pilings etc. I paired these jigs with a craw trailer, and a beaver the colder the water gets. Keeping the trailers simple seemed to help, nothing with any crazy kicking action. Mainly dragging and hopping the jig worked best swimming it did not generate any bites.
