The Tingler Spoon is a great spoon for neutral or negative fish, drop it down and bounce it off the bottom a few times and reel up 2'-3' and start jigging slow. Make sure the one treble hook is centered on the back of the spoon and tip it with a minnow head. As the season goes on work yourself out from the first break to the basin.
