Caught them on jigs, Ned rigs, and dropshot. Will bite Ned rig when sight fishing. Bigger fish caught on deep football jigs super slow in 10-15 feet.

Water levels are dropping steadily keeping the fish in deeper water caught a handful of goo fish off main points with rock piles on football jugs bouncing off the bottom

Water levels are coming up and clarity is improving as long as you stay near the main lake. Northern coves are still murky. Sighted several fishing cruising in the shallows. Bite was slow most likely due to the cold fronts that pushed through. As the weather keeps warming up fish should start appearing on beds. Several followers with swim baits.

Fished swim jig in bluegill pattern around reeds in the main lake then switched to drop shot and a deep little N crankbait as the sun got higher over all good fishing

First topwater of the year. Megabass pop max in a white like color worked well. Entrance to coves, early morning. Dropshot later on points and mid cove with Shimano mastiff line. Very sensitive line.

Only found a few in ~12’. The lake has come up 22’ in the last month and there is a lot of boat activity. It is hard to say where the bass are in the spawn but the ones I caught will still fat and did not have bloody tails so assuming still pre-spawn
