Fished the laydowns off the Africa road Boat ramp. There are several areas with laydowns and brush. Used the VMC Neko with a tungsten nail weight. They were crushing the green pumpkin and even the on a z-man finesse worms on this rig. They were also really aggressive to the Z-Man Jackhammer.

If you find the weeds you find the bass. They were all laying in the weeds and weed edges. The Neko rig was able to lure them out. Canst into the weeds and slowly work the rig through. Many times, they would bust it on the fall.
