The topwater bite has been on FIRE!!!!! It's been vital to be on the water pre-dawn, and will last up until around 9-10am, depending on cloud cover. They are sitting at the edge of submerged weeds to deeper pockets of water. There has been a decent breeze/wind as well. When they short strike the choppo/buzz bait, Ill skip a swimbait or fluke and 4/5 times they will nail it.

Largemouth tend to feed up shad in the fall on Banner Marsh. A white chatterbait fished around weed edges and submerged grass is always a good choice!
