Largemouth BassTechniqueLive Bait RigsSeasonWinterStructureSubmerged VegetationSlow day for pike, only got two and lost two at the north end near the yellow barn. Also tried Rollaway Bay for a bit with only small perch biting.

Largemouth BassTechniqueIce Fishing Tip-UpsSeasonWinterStructureSubmerged VegetationFished the north end near Shanty Town with a large spread of tip-ups with shiners. Went 3 for 6 on pike with two bite-offs. The fish caught appeared to be shedding their teeth and bit on smaller baits.

Largemouth BassTechniqueIce Fishing Tip-UpsSeasonIceStructureBaitfishUsed large shiners on tip-ups for pike. Did extremely well in 6-8 fow, along the weed edges setting the baits 2 ft off the bottom. Used small size 10 trebles, a split shot 1 ft above the bait, and 17 lb fluorocarbon leaders.

Largemouth BassTechniqueDrop ShotSeasonFallStructureSubmerged VegetationCaught some really good quality largemouth on this dropshot setup, using both the roboworm and the lil general(rigged wacky on the dropshot). The weather was warm and dead calm so my presentation was pretty much dead sticking.

Smallmouth BassTechniqueNeko RigsSeasonFallStructureBouldersCaught fish all day long in slick calm hot weather. Biggest was 4.79. Weed edges in 4-5 feet of water seemed to hold the most fish.

Largemouth BassTechniqueStructure JigsSeasonFallStructureSubmerged VegetationWe found quality bites pitching this jig to patches of weeds and the openings in them. Fish were in 5-6' of water. My partner and I caught three over 4 lb. and a few between 3 and 4 lb. Almost every bass hit the jig when it hit bottom on the initial pitch.
