First smallie was 19" on the third cast, she spewed some eggs on the deck. About an hour later I caught a 20" smallie, spawned out. We caught several smaller large and smallmouths through out the day. SPRO RkCrawler also boated a few. All fish were released unharmed.

I always look for something with Green Pumpkin. The Shimano Mastiff line help up very well going in and out of the laydowns.

went up last week for a tournament and cought 7 total fish. my 2 keepers came on a texas rigged speed craw. we went up the river not too far from the buoys. i would get bites off of laydown logs right on the hop over the tree in about 8 feet of water in the morning at first light. i caught 3 on a jerkbait too, fishing miscellaneous points from 10-20 feet of water when the sun came all the way up in the afternoon.
