I caught a good amount of smallmouth offshore on rock piles. The bait of the day was the Z Man Jerk Shad nose hooked. the Shimano Mastiff line held up really well.

Caught a limit of crappie and got three bonus catfish while crappie fishing! The fishing was good. The larger crappie came on a Damiki rig with a Keitech holding it right above them. The catfish apparently love it too. Also caught a lot on the Bobby Garland. The Jenko Double Down rod is great for these.
