Got on some largemouth in shallow brush with the chicken rig. We were seeing them up in shallow pockets, all the way up to a foot or less of water chasing shad. By midafternoon most everything that would bite was tucked on the bottom. We’d see free roaming fish on scope but they didn’t show interest in most things we threw that wasn’t on the bottom.

Had a couple bites on a crankbait but mostly fish just following it without committing. Caught most fish swimming the little Keitech over fish.
