It's been a werid spring. Water temps were 68-69 degrees on the main lake. Herring weren't pushed all the way up on the points, but the bass were in in 2-5 feet of water ambushing the swimbait bite. Wind was brutal, but the bite was worth it. Once the rain started around 1, the wind died down to be just right and the bite got even better.

Flutter spoon worked well on brush in 20+ feet of water on main lake points. I could only get one off each pile, but the quality was good. Once you caught one offf a pile, you needed to move to a new pile and just run them in rotation.
