When Coon is going it's a really fun lake to fish. You have to move around a lot and try different things to see what is working. In the summer I will typically start on offshore points keying on rock transitions. I have had my best success with neko rigs. Z-Man product have been good for me this year a neko rig. If the off shore stuff is not working I will pick up a frog and try to cover water till I run into them.

Four decent fish fairly early, but the bite dried up around 10am. Fished the grass line about 20yds out from docks. Lots of pike, but the bass that did bite put up a fight. A weightless Fat Ika won the day, falling slow on the edges of vegetation.
