Caught about 10 Smallmouth bass, and a couple pike before a large pike broke the lip off.

Throwing the 3.5" cover scat around rocks and boulders near transitions from weed beds. Caught several 2-3# smallmouth bass weightless on a 3/0 ewg. Also caught a bunch of large rock bass in the process. Cover scat has been the most consistent heavy bait I've tried so far.
