Used crush city freeloader on 3/8oz vmc minnow shaker head and yoyo near brush piles and got some reaction strikes. Bass have now moved toward ledges during the day light hours and moved near brush and grass during evenings. Swimbaits and jigs were the baits for the day.

Great place to fish. With the water level over summer pool and temps in the 80s the topwater bite was on today. Did some flipping and pitching near some buck brush and throwing berkley swamp lord popper frog around brush caused big explosions during the evening.

No giant bass but caught several bass slow reeling swimbait near the bottom in open water. The water temp was just reaching 60 degrees in the afternoon before the cold front. These bass were absolutely swallowing this 4 inch xzone swammers with vmc minnow shaker jig heads.
