The bass are in full on prespawn mode right now. They’re chasing bait into the shallows. The water color on Falls right now is still a bit stained. The red rattle trap showed out today. Use your electronics to find bait and you should be fishing in 6 foot or less right now. Keep that rattle trap locked into your hand.

Fished down a stretch of rip rap for about an hour and had 5 bites and caught 6 fish. Ensuring to tick rocks with the crankbait and stop for 1-2 second pauses. 5 of the 6 bites came just after the pause and had no issues with swallowing the crank. Red or orange and a mixture seemed to be the ticket on color.
