Marked a bunch of beds using FFS and visually using a raised platform. Had a flogger handy for the deeper bed. Grab you favorite ned head and a finess TRD. I used the coppertreuse but if you have trouble seeing pink also caught a bunch. Have a drop shot on deck, some fish wanted them higher and some would only go on the bed itself. But I really was a one rod day!! Biggest 5 were just under 19lbs.

A key to finding fish was locating vegetation adjacent to breaks or rocks. Multiple techniques were used but most bass were caught using a Texas rig and either pulling jigs thru reeds or over rocks. A great jig for that is the 6th sense hybrid jig paired with a stroker craw. As the air temperature got hotter (close to 100) we found bass under docks adjacent to deeper water.
