Using side imaging to find where they are located makes this process very easy. Pitch out a slip bobber with a small jig is the best way to catch these. We released all of our bluegills so more 10” fish can grow like the one showed!!!!

Smallmouth are loaded up right now on transition areas from spawning to summer deep water. A tube was very effective slowly dragged on the bottom to entice them to bite. 6-10 feet seemed to be the best depth to catch them!

I am not allowed to show any of the photos "yet" but we had a great day in the water in the 90-120 foot range. All I can say is that many new options for clients will be readily available soon.

The day was hot and sunny so I decided to take the clients to deeper water about 25 feet and found a patch of isolated weeds with a few big largies lurking in them. This fish was caught on a jig and they managed to have a great day.
