Priest was hig that day, following storms that roll thru. Just casted, and let it sink. I started to pop it in the water and let it fall until I was under a flooded tree root. The pit boss was hit on the fall.

Fish were grouped up on bluff ends holding tight to wood in the 15’ range. They were slow to bite and I really had to stay focused on feeling my bait to detect bites. Throughout the day I threw moving baits along with the drop shot Roboworm and Neko Fat but they preferred the slower finesse presentations.
