I got to fish here for a few hours (5/3/22) before an evening thunderstorm came through. I was on the water from 5pm-7pm, it was warm, sunny, and East wind that became pretty strong and out of the SE before the storm. I caught a few fish on the outside Kissimmee grasslines on a speed worm, but did best with the Chatterbait. I was fishing the 3/8 oz Jackhammer in Spot Remover color along with the Keitech paddle tail trailer. I decent two hours, 10 fish from 12” to 16”.

Fished yesterday afternoon, it was sunny, warm, no real wind, and the water temps were 82-84. Found a few active schools of fish chasing bait and caught several bass on the Chatterbait. I also did well pitching a Zoom UV Speedworm (watermelon) to the reed patches, fish didn’t seem to be in the Kissimmee grass or Lily pads unless they were next to a thick clump of reeds.
