Mark Balbinot won the Connect Fishing League April Bass tournament with a Best 5 total of 20.35 LBS. “Most of the fish were caught at Clinton Lake near Clinton Illinois. Weather was cold, cloudy, windy and rain showers the 2 days I was there. Fish were caught on buzzbait, spinnerbait and jig. All fish were caught in 4' of water or less. The last fish that bumped me up was caught at Canton Lake near Canton Illinois. That fish was caught on a jig near a laydown just before I was about to give up for the day.”
