Caught 4 keeper large mouth on white swim jig around lilly pad stems.

Action was very good during the shad spawn on the outside edge of the grass.

Shad spawn is going on now and it is fire the first couple of hours in the morning. My favorite lure this time of year is definitely the swim jig paired with a rage craw. White is the color of choice but any shad color will work. Throw it around the grass on main lake points and any other places the shad are spawning (docks, rocks, etc).

Shad spawn is still going on all over the lake. We keyed in on that bite early and was able to flip up a couple more after the shad stopped spawning.
