Targeted shallow docks in weed flats just before dusk the other night. It was right after a cold front so the slow presentations worked best. A Texas rigged senko did the trick, with some dropshot mixed in.

The dropshot got it done for the Crappie in 8-10 ft of water. Let it sink then work it fairly quickly back to the boat.

The bass are active in the shallow weed flats. They've been crushing the white jackhammer with a white swimbait.

Went out for daybreak before 4th of July weekend to beat the boat traffic. Saw some fish breaking the surface but couldn't get a topwater bite. Weightless texas rigged senkos, and lightly weighted texas rigged worms inside boat slips and on dock edges did the trick.
