Was hitting some ledges around some deeper water, picked this guy up off a rock ledge in about 25 feet that dropped off into 50 feet, overcast day with almost no wind and high biometric pressure, and a lot of boat traffic.

The Fall bite is on! The bass (and white perch) are chasing shad/herring. I was trolling around in 20-30’ of water using electronics to find bait balls. Then I’d throw my a rig or jerkbait. A shallow running squarebill with work too. Anything that mimics baitfish.
