The bite was tough. Ran several spots that typically produce and it was a fish here and fish there. One quality smallmouth early and finally ran into a pod of quality largemouth early afternoon. Green pumpkin jigs were the most consistent producer.

Fishing was a grind today. Very hot and sunny and the lake was busy. "Junk fishing" was the name of the game. Caught them on a little bit of everything. Most fish were found in about the 10' depth on the weed edge.
