water temp was 58-59, bright sunny day so muted colors for the jerk bait. pretty shallow, best to find drop offs near the rock

Tight to the bank

Cover ground until you find a fish. Most fish were caught in 5-7' of water off the bank. You may even catch the occasional smally or trout. Most fish were caught in the lower part of the impoundment were there is deeper water. Be careful the lake is still full of sediment from the Dam removal at Willow River state park. So navigation can be tricky.
