Went out early in the morning on a cloudy and calm day. This morning I was throwing the Megabass Vision 110 in Mat Shad color because the water visibility was about 6 feet and it was cloudy so this Mat Shad is the perfect color. I was throwing this on the St. Croix Mojo Bass 7’1 MH paired with a Daiwa Ballistic MQ LT 2500 spooled with 15lb braid and 12lb mono leader. Majority of the fish I caught today were around boulders in around 5-10ft of water. Today, I got most of the bites working the jerkbait pretty fast. The jerkbait bite slowed down as the sun came out higher and higher.
