Bass fishing continues to be good here at Lake of the Ozarks. The past two weeks I have seen a few changes with some fish moving deeper and some moving extremely shallow. We had several big rains which got some current flowing through the lake. This pulled fish out to the main lake points where they are schooled up. It also moved some fish to the backs of creeks and pockets in the fresh runoff. For the shallow fish I have been using a 3/4oz Crock-O-Gator Head Knocker Buzzbait around the shallow docks and laydowns. Out deeper on the points and brush piles, the 1/2oz Crock-O-Gator Zapper jig has been hard to beat!

Crappie are in the usual brush piles but the bigger fish seem to be out on rocky points. Good bolders and drop offs near the river channel are holding good crappie from 16 to 22 feet. water temp is 84 and both dams are still flowing 30K+cfs.
