Fishing on Monday was extremely good. Caught multiple keepers Bass including a 6lber. Most fish were buried in brush pile in 15-18ft. Texas rig 1/4oz gambler rattling weight with a 7o owner worm hook was the best bite. We also boated a couple on docks with a 1/2oz COG zapper jig with a sweet beaver trailer. Best 5 was definitely pushing 20lbs. Did have one 3lb spotted bass too.

I had a guide trip this week for crappie on Lake of the Ozarks and we had a blast! Crappie fishing has been good for this time of year and they are schooled up big time. We caught lots of quality fish using minnows and a light split shot tightlined over brush. We also caught some bigger fish shooting under docks with a Bobby Garland Baby Shad in electric chicken or Monkey Milk on a 1/16oz head.
