Both large mouth and smallmouth are sitting on laydowns(Fallen trees) throughout 7-8-9. I had a lot of luck throwing a 4' inch tube and current dictated if I went with a 3/8th or 1/2 oz tungsten flipping weight. The key to this strategy is to not peg the weight and let the tube do the work !
