I would throw my wacky worm towards the larger clumps of grass, I would let it sink and then pop it out of the grass. The strikes came when I popped the wacky worm out of the grass.

Strong South winds have cleared the water on the South Shore here in Fairhaven. Where darker water is found there are some hungry fish, not in great quantity. Tomorrow brings a West wind and that should put some color back in the water. Cheers to stained water in our future. Pike season opens tomorrow. More to come...
