The lake is smothered in matted grass. So it tossed a weightless Missile Bomba in the gaps and found some decent holdouts despite the wind. All in all, it was a good day with a new bait!

Pitched yamatanuki’s around docks and in the surrounding grass, hit the open spots with a yum dinger. It was HOT but it was easy to find fish hiding in the shade.

I was targeting docks for largemouth bass. I used this spinning rod to slide my whacky rig underneath docks. Let my bait sit there for 5 seconds before twitching the bait a little bit and just wait for the bite.
