Flip reed edges and any newer growth weed patches or lilypad patches. Use a 3/8 oz bullet tungsten weight with a 4/0 offset hook, and a black and blue craw trailer. Tokyo rig also works for these areas and helps keep lure off bottom. Keep your eye open for spawning beds.

Fishing off main lake points and weed edges in 10-12 feet of water is where most bass were caught using the drop shot method. Although a large quantity of bass were caught over quality, I still had a productive morning on the water.
