April 8th I went out with a buddy to fish. It was post front conditions warm blue bird skies dirty water. We fished for 8 hours and caught 8 fish best 5 went for 14 pounds and change. Most of our fish came on chatter baits and spinnerbaits along the laydowns. We also caught some on Spro little John md crankbaits as well.

Isolate grass in 20ft on a point. Soaking a Neko got a 4.2lb.

Found this one on shallow rock near hump in middle of lake. Still pre-spawn. Wacky worms are working also.

Water temperatures have been dropping recently and fish are not ready for the bed yet. Hard to find fish since they haven't positioned anywhere in particular. Found this one. Shallow on a stick and it ate a worm.
